• Take 93 South to Exit 30 (Mystic Avenue/Somerville).
• Take a Left at the end of the ramp on to Route 38 (Mystic Avenue).
• At the 4th set of lights, turn right on to Route 28 (McGrath Hwy).
• At the 8th set of lights, turn right on to Land Blvd. (not quite 1/2 mile after McDonalds).
• At the 2nd set of lights, turn right on to Binney St.
• Go through two sets of lights on Binney St. Metropolitan Pipe is 1/8 mile on the right.
